Sales Policy

1. Shipping Details

• We ship worldwide using reliable carriers:
  • United States: USPS Priority ($9.75, 2-3 days delivery).
  • Mexico, Canada, Europe, and Worldwide: USPS Express Air ($47.50–$65.00, 5-7 business days).
• Optional shipping via UPS or DHL is available; customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable on all orders.
• All devices are tested for proper functionality prior to shipment.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Neuro Garments and Electro Pads are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards.

Returns Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

• Customers may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met: Items must be in their original condition, fully functional, and free of scratches, scrapes, dents, or visible wear on plastic lenses, housing, body, or metal electrodes.
• All original packaging and components must be included. Missing items will result in a deduction from the refund to cover the full retail cost of those items.

2. Restocking Fees

• Returns of items in worn condition (i.e., not resalable as “Used – Like New”) will incur:
  • 20% restocking fee for handheld devices.
  • 30% restocking fee for Vertebra 2, Echo 9, and DENAS Complex devices.
• All Health Expo Show Specials and Customized Bundle Specials are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

3. Process for Returns

  Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified product defect or shipping error on our part.

Waiver and Release from Liability for DENAS Products

By purchasing DENAS products (Dynamic Electro Neuro Adaptive Stimulation) from CoachJimmyK.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Description: DENAS products are non-invasive reflex biofeedback devices that use electrical energy to respond to the body’s signals. They involve no drugs or surgery and require only light contact with the body.
• Assumption of Risk: The customer assumes all risks and takes full responsibility for any personal injury, death, or property damage associated with the use of DENAS products purchased from CoachJimmyK.com.
• Waiver and Release: The customer hereby waives, releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless CoachJimmyK.com, its agents, employees, officers, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, debts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, or liabilities of any kind—whether known or unknown—arising from or related to the use of DENAS products. This waiver does not apply to acts of gross negligence, or intentional, willful, or wanton misconduct by CoachJimmyK.com.
• Agreement: Purchasing DENAS products constitutes the customer’s electronic signature and acceptance of this Waiver and Release. The customer confirms they are 18 years of age or older, mentally competent, and have entered this agreement freely, voluntarily, and without duress, inducement, or promise. This purchase serves as proof of intent to execute a complete and unconditional waiver of liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
